Returns Policy In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition (All original tags attached) and suitable packaging with a completed returns/exchange form and copy of your invoice within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) once we receive your return or exchange the item for another size/colour if preferred. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Any items returned without a name or invoice number can not be refunded or exchanged until you have contacted us with your details. Each parcel contains a label with our return address. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own security, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with a tracking number. Please confirm with your courier that we have received your return before contacting customer services as we will not accept responsibility for items that have been lost by your courier. Exchanges For exchanges please clearly state size and colour you wish to exchange for (see back of invoice) please include the original postage cost for your exchange to be sent out. Seven Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only) In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. Statutory Rights Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
