We are pleased to offer a no quibble return policy for items sold to UK purchasers and sent to a UK address if you cancel the purchase within 7 working days of receiving your purchase and return the item without delay. Please see below for exceptions to this. Please contact us for specific return instructions which are at your own own expense. All items must be fully insured by you as items which do not arrive or are damaged will not be refunded. You would need to make a claim against the postal operator. Once we receive the item, we will refund you immediately. The refund will include any initial postage and packing costs paid by you. It excludes your return postage, insurance and packaging costs. All items are inspected before being sent out to you and are in perfect condition (with any defects pointed out in the Lisitng). All items must be returned in perfect, unused condition in suitable packaging with original tags intact and all original internal packaging. FOR HYGIENE REASONS, we are unable to accept returns for earrings, underwear or swimwear. WE DO NOT ACCEPT International Returns unless, in our opinion, there are exceptional reasons. Any returns which are agreed must be by Express Post with full insurance at the Buyer's expense. Any refund will be made less initial postage, packaging and insurance costs.
