Xited for him returns policy


In the event that you wish to return a non faulty item you may return the item within 7 days of purchase for a full refund via PayPal or an exchange. The returned item must be in the same condition it was when it was sent to you, damaged items or items without tags will not be accepted. You must allow 5 working days to issue your refund, starting the day we recieve your returned item. In the unlikely event we do not reply within this time you must contact the Royal Mail as this means your item has been lost in transit.

If you wish to return an item which is damaged or in any condition other than brand new with tags you are eligible for either an exchange for a more satisfatory item or a full refund via paypal within 7 days of purchase unless the item was damaged or the tags removed after you recieved it. You must again allow 5 working days to issue your refund, starting the day we recieve your returned item. In the unlikely event we do not reply within this time you must contact the Royal Mail as this means your item has been lost in transit.  

We refund the value of the item only and not the cost of the postage. Payment for postage is solely your own responsibility. When returning an item it is advisable to retain your recipts for postage until we contact you. We will not issue a refund for any item we do not recieve, the responsibility of the item is your own until the item reaches us. We do not accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

How to return an item to us
To return an item to us simply post it back to the below address along with the order form. t is very difficult to issue a refund for an item without the order form so please remember to include it to ensure your refund is processed. Refunds will be given via paypal to the account which first paid for the item. We will not accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.

Same day dispatch:
All orders placed before 3pm mon-fri will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail second class.

Royal Mail second class deliveries typically take between 2-3 days, however we do ask that you allow 7 days before contacting us to report your item hasn't arrived.

Charges and other delivery options:
Any order sent with Royal Mail second class will have the postage covered by us, though other options will have to be paid for by the customer.
