We allow 5-7 days for cheques to clear in the bank before sending goods
We treat these as cash, so there are no delays. Item despatched within 24 hours on normal working days.

We have our post collected from out warehouse every day Monday to Friday. (exc bank holidays, and exceptional circumstances)
Usually our post is sent by 1st class or 1st class recorded mail, unless you have specified Special Delivery and paid for it on the checkout.
We keep all royalmail proof of posting certificates and tracking numbers for items sent through the post.
If you do not receive an email saying your item has been despatched withn 48 hours of cleared payment, please email us to confirm despatch.
We will advise you of any problems that may delay the shipping of your item/s
We have decided to offer a worldwide shipping service.
This is through Royal Mail International signed for service.
Once the Royal Mail passes the item to your Country’s postal service, it will be your responsibility to you to check with your postal service.

As soon as you agree to buy an item on Ebay, you are entering into a LEGAL CONTRACT.
Please make payment immediately after you purchase.
After 4 days of non payment, an unpaid dispute will be automatically opened.
If payment or contact is not received within 4 days of the dispute opening, it will then be closed and you will receive an unpaid strike and Ebay advised.

To keep our Prices reasonable for our customers, we do not pay high street rent and rates for a retail shop.
We operate a 'mail order' service only, so collections are not generally available from our Warehouse.

Response to Emails/Queries etc
Our email response centre is generally manned during office hours
Monday to Friday/Normal working days with a limited facility on Saturday/Sunday so responses may be delayed.
They endevour to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt. However, it is usually quicker to check our FAQ and thoroughly read the listing as most questions are answered in there.
If you do not receive a reply to your question within 24 hours or so, it will usually be because of these reasons:
We haven't received it
You have asked a question which is already answered in the listing or our 'Frequently asked questions'
You have been rude, threatening or insulting.
(We are humans, and a 'Hi' and 'Thanks', 'regards' etc go along away.)
