The right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations is a no fault cancellation. If the goods are faulty then the standard statutory rights apply. All our products sold through Kiddycover Limited or over the telephone are covered under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation (2000) by a 7 day money back guarantee.

Any parcel returned to us without authorisation will be refused.
It is the customer's responsibility for the return shipping costs and to take reasonable care to ensure
the items returned are received by Kiddycover in the original state, unused and undamaged.
Any items that are returned used and/or not in the original packaging and/or unsuitable for re-sale will be refused
a refund/exchange and re-delivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility
however, In the case of wrongly described or damaged goods, we'll refund any P&P costs incurred.
Items must be returned by a registered courier or the Royal Mail for insurance purposes.
Once the item has been processed and authorised, your refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This is likely to be completed by the end of the next working day. Some banks may vary.
All cases of damage must be communicated to us within two days of delivery. We cannot accept damage claims which have not been so noted or of which we are notified after this period. Any product problem due to manufacturer’s fault should be reported to us and we will send you replacement parts or if we are unable to get you a replacement, we will refund you in full.
Should any issues arise please inform us via email first, so we can try to resolve them to your satisfaction
