Here at Red Mountain Emporium, we are committed to your complete satisfaction and we want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase we would like to know and help you any way we can!
Before enjoying our FREE easy exchange and FREE return policy, you must first contact us for a return shipping address and unique returns tracking code. All returns must be notified to Red Mountain Emporium within 30 days of purchase. Please do not return your item without contacting us first as we are unable to accept unauthorised returns. Thank you.
All returns must be returned to the shipping address we supply you. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All returns are FREE! A FREE returns label will be dispatched separately by Royal Mail.
All returns must be unused and returned in an 'as new' saleable condition. This includes unopened all CD's, DVDs, BLU Rays, thumbed books etc. Any retail packaging must be intact and undamaged.
If your purchase is FAULTY, then please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We, 'the seller' will pay for FAULTY return postage costs and items must be returned within 7 working days of notifying us. We will happily replace your faulty order and dispatch a new one with immediate effect, IF it's available from stock.
We must receive the item back to us before we can issue a refund for the item.
