Certain stock lines are held at alternate locations which may take up to two hours to make available at our collection address. Collections may be made from our company warehouse and trade counter/showroom at Cougar Computers Ltd, Unit 10c Wincombe Business Park, Shaftesbury, SP7 9QJ by arrangement Monday to Friday 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm (closed for collections Wednesdays sorry).

Standard warranty terms are 12 months from date of purchase

In the unlikely case of experiencing what you think may be a defect or fault, please contact us first so that we may fully assist. If a product return is required, please return the complete product to us as received together with an accurate failure description plus proof of purchase and all accessories as originally supplied.

During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from us if available.

For missing accessories such as manuals or other items, please email or telephone 01747 850501.

Warranty will be void in all cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness, and using the product for purpose other than its intended use.

Exclusions of warranty

Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.

Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.

Accessories such as batteries, fuses, bulbs.

In no event shall we or the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages arising out of the use of its product.

Shipping Options (Premium UK Destinations).
Shipping via Parcelforce to UK premium destinations includes all postcodes in Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, and carries a surcharge of £7.90 which must be added in under sellers other charges when completing checkout and before completing payment to avoid a delay in shipping your purchase.
