We are a small and efficient company. We pride ourselves in quality of goods and services we deliver. Unfortunately sometimes things go wrong but we are here to help and we will handle your request honourably, ethically and in a timely fashion.
We honour Distance Seller Regulations (DSR) and accept returns provided:
- you cancel unwanted purchase as soon as you can to avoid shipping charges
- all faulty items will be replaced at our expense (including shipping costs)
- all items must be returned in exactly the same condition we shipped them
- all missing, damaged or wrongly supplied items must be reported to us within 2 working days
- we do not refund shipping costs (whilst items are sold with FREE shipping, shipping is NOT FREE) - this particularly applies to unwanted items
- all items returned to us in a different or used condition (e.g. laptop has a password set, there are marks and scratches, manuals or CDs are missing, warranty labels were tampered with) are subject to 20% restocking fee
- if returned items are not found to be faulty (e.g. the item is not compatible with my PC) - 20% restocking fee or a minimum of £5 fee will be charged for testing, shipping and handling
- all items that are sold without warranty (such as for spares or repairs) are non-refundable and cannot be returned
- we do not accept any software returns, due to the product keys could have been used and product could have been activated or registered
