We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day. For example, an order placed on a Monday will be despatched on Tuesday. All of our orders will be sent by Royal Mail or heavier items will be sent by ParcelForce.
Delivery to Mainland UK is FREE of charge and your parcel should arrive within 2-3 working days after the order has been despatched. You will receive an email notification once your order has been despatched.
Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands will take slightly longer and may incur additional postage charges. Please contact us for further information.
We do ship orders overseas and the price is determined by the size and weight of the parcel. Delivery can take between 7 and 10 working days after the order has been processed and despatched, although there could be delays due to customs or weather conditions.
Please note: Orders placed from outside the EU may be subject to import duty, which will need to be paid to your local post office in order to collect the parcel. We are not responsible for these fees.
Delivery times can vary due to conditions beyond our control. These delivery times are a guideline only and not guaranteed. We do offer a next day delivery service, which you can choose when placing your order. This means that the order will be sent by courier and will be delivery the next day after your order has been despatched.
We offer a 14 day returns policy so if you are unhappy with your item, you can return it to us in its original condition for a full refund.
Unfortunately we would not be able to refund the return postage fees for unwanted items.
If there is a fault with the item then please contact us to arrange for the item to be returned for repair or a replacement. However, some manufacturer's offer a direct repair/replacement service and we can help you arrange this.
If the item returned back to us is faulty, then we will refund the return postage fees, so long as the item has been sent back by Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Delivery. We will not be able to refund Special Delivery or courier fees.
If your order has failed to arrive, then please let us know. We can check our system to make sure your order has been processed correctly and despatched to the correct address. We can then contact the delivery company to get some further information about where the parcel is. This can take a few days and in most case the parcel can be located and delivered. However, if a parcel cannot be located then we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you, subject to stock availability. If the item is no longer in stock then we can offer a refund, if you do not wish to wait until our next delivery arrives.
A parcel sent by Royal Mail cannot be reported as lost in the UK until 15 working days (3 weeks) has passed. For parcels sent to Europe a parcel is not considered lost until 20 working days (4 weeks) has passed and it is 25 working days (5 weeks) for parcels sent outside of Europe. These dates are set by Royal Mail and it means that we cannot replace or refund an order until this time frame has elapsed and the parcel is actually considered 'lost' by the delivery company.
