Delivery Terms & Conditions  

• Free Delivery to England and Wales within 7-10  working days after cleared funds.
• You must provide us your contact telephone number with your order for accurate time of delivery; otherwise your delivery could be delayed.
• We shall confirm the delivery day through phone one day prior to delivery.
• If you don’t receive your goods within due date confirmed by us, Please contact us asap. Because sometimes the goods are lost/damaged by the courier.
• Please check your goods carefully before signing and only sign the delivery note once you are satisfied that the goods are in perfect condition.
• If you find that the packaging is damaged then don't accept the delivery and sign as a damaged item and contact us ASAP. We will post you a new item.
• No claim for damage can be made once you have received and signed the delivery note by the courier as "perfect condition".
• All our consignments require a signature on delivery. A card will be delivered if no one is at home to accept the delivery. Please call at the given number on card to re-arrange the delivery. Please reply promptly to these given number to avoid the consignment being returned to us and you incurring the 2nd postage charge of £45.00.
• All deliveries are done by 3rd party courier services. It's a one man delivery service and the driver may need your assistance to unload your goods.
• We do not deliver to the following areas,
       
• Scotland, Highlands, Grampians, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly, Inverness, Aberdeen, Scottish Island and channel islands, other islands, Devon, Cornwall and remote U.K destinations.
• AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, BT, KA, ZE. 

Return Policy          

• Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be returned in original packaging and should be unused
• Contact us before returning the item to discuss the issue.
• Return postage will be paid by the customer.
• Refund will be issued after receipt of the item.
