Refunds for Faulty Items Grumpy Greyhound guarantees that all items we sell will work on arrival as they are fully tested prior to listing. We will be happy to replace any items that are found to be faulty on arrival, or where we reach agreement that the items does not closely match our description. This promise of refund does not include software which has been opened where sold sealed. We must be contacted within 7 Days from the date and time of purchase by you. The item must be returned within 14 days of date of purchase. We will not accept any responsibility for damages or consequential loss arising out of the customer's failure to satisfy themselves that the item is fit-for-purpose within the initial 7 day period.
