Collection of item: You are welcome to come down to our warehouse and collect your goods, at no extra cost, from our Bolton or Blackburn address.

Pallet: - in cases the item may be sent on pallet, if this is the case then the driver will leave this at kerb side as they are not insured after this point, it is up to you to dispose of the pallet. Returns: - Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving items as long as: Flat packed items is not assembled or tampered with in anyway. It is returned in its original condition & packaging. The buyer is responsible for the returns postage costs. Damages need to be reported within 24hrs of deliver
