WHAT IS THE RAFFLE TICKET FOR?
We love to reward our customers! So as a big thank you for all your support and shopping with us we have organized a free raffle that will be drawn at the end of each month. The prize will be £50 to bid away with and spend on whatever you like in our shop. For each purchase from us, you will receive a free raffle ticket within your packet, details will be included within your parcel on how to enter, it takes less then 10 seconds all's you have to do is message us your raffle number, so why wait? The lucky number will be randomly hand picked on the 1st and the winner will be notified via eBay messages. Not that many people have actually entered into this draw so PLEASE do enter, it is completely free you are not going to loose anything and may win a handy fifty quid to get some fab dresses! That would be telling! All's we can tell you is that we will try our very best to match it up with your outfit depending on stock :)
All postage is free so no need to combine, purchase as much as you like it's all free :) All postage methods are via 1st class so that you get your item as fast as possible.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE POSTED?
We aim to post items within 1 working days of cleared payment being made. Sometimes delays can occur but you will be notified in the unlikely event.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM YET, WHAT DO I DO?
Don't worry! Our service does not end until you have received your parcel and you are 100% satisfied with your item, not just after we have posted it out like most eBay sellers! If you have not received your item on your estimated delivery date, please allow a few more days as your estimated delivery date is just an estimate. Sometimes delays can occur in the Royal Mail system. If you still have not received your item a few more days later then please message us so we can resolve the issue :)
All proof of postage is obtained, we don't mess around all items are always posted out!
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item then we are more then happy to accept a return or an exchange for another item, this will be minus the postage prices paid in and out. In the unlikely event of your item having a fault with it, we will be more then happy to give a full refund and cover any postal costs as that is my own fault. Dresses are to be returned in their original packaging no later then 7 days after receipt, unworn and in exactly the same condition as sent out, they will be checked upon receipt and examined Please contact us for the address to send back, refund will be issued as soon as item is received back and checked.
DO YOU POST OUT SIDE OF THE UK?
We will post outside of the UK but due to parcels going missing we will only do signed for. Please message me for prices.
Feedback is incredibly important to us, so please take the time to leave it as every rating counts! We will also do the same for you asap. If in the unlikely event there is a problem with your item and you would like to leave a neutral, negative or low star feedback then please contact us as we are more then willing to resolve any issues and will always get back to you with a solution, it is not necessary to leave it before speaking to us we would like you to be 100% happy with your purchase :)
