How do I return an item?
We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us so, if you change your mind for any reason; you are able to report an unused item to us for Return within 14 days of it being dispatched to you.
To arrange a return please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why. We will then issue you with the Returns address, specific to that item, along with your unique Returns Authorisation number.
You will need to package the item securely and include a brief cover note on the original invoice attached stating:
• Your User ID
• Which item you would like to return
• The reason for return
• Whether you would like a refund or a replacement
• If you require a replacement, specify which item you wish to exchange it for
All the information provided makes it helpful for us to process your return quickly and avoid any delay.
Please ask for a "Proof of posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.

When can't I return an item for exchange or refund?
In following circumstances we cannot exchange or refund your payment.
• If the item has been worn
• If the item has labels missing
• If your returns period has expired
When will I receive my exchange or refund?
Once your parcel is received please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be issued/show on your PayPal.
PLEASE NOTE: ON LISTINGS WITH 'FREE SHIPPING' WE WILL DEDUCT £1.99 OF THE ORIGINAL TOTAL TO COVER INITIAL SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING CHARGES INCURRED BY US.
What else you need to know before posting item back to us?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return of the item. It should be delivered via Royal Mail, and please make sure to ask at the Post Office about your "Proof of posting certificate".
We are also happy to offer exchange if you return the item within 14 days excluding P&P cost.
