4)     Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).

5)     If the item(s) are unsuitable, you will be refunded for the cost of the item, not the initial cost of postage for the goods to reach you. We will refund in full only if the item(s) are deemed incorrect or faulty. If this is the case, the items will be inspected upon arrival at the warehouse, and a full refund given if the item is deemed not as described or faulty. We will also cover the cost of the return postage.

2. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will have to return the item(s), and then make a new order through the River Bank eBay store.
