Shipping

All items are posted within 48 hours of cleared funds.

Standard delivery charges are as follows

UK £4.50 Royal Mail 1st Class £3.50 per additional item.
UK £6.95 Royal Mail Next Day. £5.95 per additional item.
Europe £14.95 per item.
Rest of the World £19.95 per item.

If you do not receive your order within Royal Mail specified delivery times please try ringing your local Post Office before contacting us, as undelivered items will be held there.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and
merchandise must be unworn, and returned in the original packaging. We' will also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.

When returning parcel(s) to us please ensure that your Certificate of Posting is stamped at the Post Office. We also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded.

We only refund postage & packaging for faulty items.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your package a full refund or an exchange will be given.
To cancel an order you must inform us (email, written or by phone) within 7 days from the date of delivery and return the item(s) to us before we can issue a refund or an exchange.

Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received.

Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that does not perform as expected or exhibits damage not associated with normal wear. It does not include items that are the wrong size, colour or style.
