All items over 2kg: Orders received before and with cleared funds will be dispatched same day by City-Link on a next day delivery service, in order for this to run smoothly we require a contact telephone number with your full address. City-Link only normally attempt 1 delivery and someone is required to sign for your goods so if you are un-likely to be in please inform us with order, we can not be held responsible for failed deliveries. We can only ship to your registered PayPal address for which you are responsible for entering correct details, any un-delivered/returned parcels will only be re-dispatched following re-payment of carriage charges. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. If you have not received you item within 3 working days following payment please contact us via ebay email.
Deliveries by Royal Mail:
All items below 2kg: Orders received before , with cleared funds will be dispatched same day by Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class. As per Royal Mail website, 1St class mail gets delivered within 1-3 working days, but it is not guaranteed. Our experience is that most customers receive it next day. 2nd class is 2-5 days but as with first can take up to 15 working days. Our Estimated delivery via Royal Mail is 2-4 working days, if you do not receive your item please be patient, Royal Mail can take as long as up to 15 days to deliver. We are unable to submit a claim during this waiting period.
Please be reminded, you will be sent an email on the day of despatch, your item will be delivered NEXT DAY to the registered Paypal/Email address. It is your responsibility to be in to take delivery. If you have to go out or are at work you should arrange for a neighbour to take delivery or even register your works address on ebay (this is very simple & can save lots of hassle). Deliveries are Mon to Friday between & and City Link can not specify a time. All parcels returned to us are charged for and a re-delivery charge will be payable before re-delivery can take place.
European & International: customers must request confirmation of shipping charges before buying or bidding for an item. We only use International signed for service. You may receive your item within 3-10 working days however for many destinations it may take longer.

Terms of Sale Returns & Refunds
Returns: Items: can be returned within 7 days from date of purchase, if for some reason you have changed your mind, please contact us for an RMA number and return instructions. The buyer will have to pay the return postage and the original postage will not be refunded. All items must be returned in the original packaging unused and must be in a re-saleable condition with all manuals instructions etc.
Faulty Items: On the rare occasions that an item arrives damaged or faulty a buyer can return the item for a replacement. Returned item will be tested before issuing refund or replacement. Returned item must be in original shape, quality and quantity and in re-saleable condition. Any damage to the item or retail packaging may reduce value of the item. Returned item must be the exact item which we shipped out, must have all original labels, warranty stickers and serial numbers in place, free of tampering and scratches. Buyer will be responsible for return carriage but the replacement will be sent free of charge if a replacement is unavailable a refund will be offered including the original carriage.
Without exception our liability is only up to the value of the item, which is purchased from us. We reserve the right to charge a ten percent (10%) restocking/handling fee on all returned items apart from faulty/damaged items. It is customer’s responsibility to pay for return postage, and the safe return of the item.

All items should be returned within 14 working days MAX, any items that are not returned Un-Used in the original packaging with all operating manuals will not be accepted unless agreed before the return. All returns need an RMA number from us before returning. Every item returned is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee or a £5 return fee which ever is greater, we dont offer a try before you buy as we are a small business and this is just not feasible.
