WARNINGS!

• This RC vehicle has enough weight and can get up enough speed to cause injury if used in an incorrect way. Furthermore, this toy has small moving parts that could be a choking hazard. For these reasons, I would not recommend use of this toy by anyone under the age of 6 without adult supervision..
• When powering up your car, always turn the transmitter on first!

Feedback and DSR Policy

• It is my policy to leave feedback after I ship your item.  I request that you leave feedback for me once you have received your item and are satisfied with it.
• DSR's are a powerful tool on eBay.  As such, I request that you leave honest DSR for any transactions you may have with me.  If for any reason you feel the need to leave a low DSR, please contact me so I can try to correct the situation or at least learn what I did wrong.
  

Warranty and Quality Policy

• I stand behind my products 100%.  If for any reason you feel the need to return your toy, let me know within 30 days of receipt of toy and i'll refund your money, no questions asked.  That's how confident I am in my product quality and shipping processes. However, to get the refund the toy must be shipped back to an address that I provide at the buyer's expense.  The only exception to this is if the toy is damaged during transit or if a defect is found upon opening and attempted operation of the toy.
• However, some products may need to be calibrated or adjusted slightly to achieve maximum operating performance once they arrive to your door.
• If for any reason your product has a failure, contact me. I'll do my best to help you fix the problem while you still have your order. If I can't fix it, then I send you a new product.
• All products are personally tested by me for 100% functionality through multi point tests before being shipped. If a product fails for any reason, I fail the toy and do not ship it. my quality is of huge importance to me.

Payment Policy

• Currently, we can accept all forms of payment accepted by Paypal (credit/debit cards, e-check, Paypal transfer). If you do not want to use Paypal, or are not sure how, please contact us and we'll help you out.
• Payment is expected promptly. If you do not within the first twenty-four hours, we will send you an email reminder about payment. If you do not pay within 48 hours of purchase, a second email reminder will be sent about payment. If there is no reply to either payment reminder email and no payment issued within 72 hours, we will assume that you do not want the item and either refund your order or report you as a non-payer buyer to eBay as soon as we are allowed to.
• No Import Duties or other fees included in final price.  The price you see is the price you pay!!
