A brand-new, unused and unworn item that is not in its original retail packaging or may be missing its original retail packaging materials (such as the original box or bag). The original tags may not be attached. For example, new shoes (with absolutely no signs of wear) that are no longer in their original box fall into this category.

Return policy details
We accept returns if the item is not 100% as described by us or faulty. We will refund the full price of the item, once it has been returned. The item must be returned to us, in it's original condition, within 14 days of you receiving it. We advise you to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded by us.
Where the buyer changes their mind or the item is not suitable, we will offer to exchange the item. The item must be returned to us, in it's original condition, within 14 days of you receiving it. However if the buyer wants a refund then we reserve the right to deduct our postage costs, the item must be returned within 14-days of receiving it in its original condition.
