All cheque payments need to be made payable to Euro Carpet Warehouse LTD. Payments made by cheque need to be cleared before the order can be processed.
We aim to deliver within 7 working days of purchase (cleared payment) within 100 miles of CV6 5DG. We will Contact You 1-2 days prior to booking your delivery to ensure the times are suitable. Please check our feedback which shows what customers think about how quickly we deliver.
At busy periods, it can take up to 15 working days depending on stock availability and postcode areas. We use our own two man team of professional delivery staff on large items such as sofas etc. For flats and apartments; which are not on the ground floor please be aware we will only deliver to curb side.
If payment is made by Debit or Credit Card, we are only able deliver at the same address where the card is registered. Alternatively, you can arrange cash on delivery. For items that are flat packed e.g. Beds we use a third party courier for a next working day delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delays to delivery times due to third party courier issues. You will be supplied with a tracking number to track your delivery upon being despatched. Although 99% of the time they do tend to deliver on the next working day from time to time there can be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. For distances above 200 miles from our showroom the delivery time will be within 14 working days and not within 7 working days. For all items that require a third party courier delivery is to mainland UK only, next working day delivery excludes weekends, bank holidays and purchases made after 12pm on a Friday. For next working day delivery during Monday to Thursday order need to be placed before 12:00 p.m. any order placed after 12:00 p.m. will be dispatched following working day. Any purchases made after 12pm on a Friday will be despatched on the next working day. Our own delivery team may also be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather; we will always aim to re-arrange a delivery as soon as possible.
All our items are covered with a 12 month Warranty. Upon making a purchase we require a valid contact number before your order is processed. Please be aware that we will not despatch any orders that require our own 2 man delivery team without prior arrangement so it is vital we have a form of contact with you to do so. Any payments made by paypal or credit/debit card will need to be registered to the address the items are being delivered too. This means if you pay by paypal your address will need to be verified. Payments made with credit/debit card need to show their card upon delivery for verification purposes. Please make sure you are making the correct delivery payment before making your order as we will not be able to process the order until you have made the correct payment. We cannot accept responsibility for delays to delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances. Our own 2 man delivery team are not insured to take items into your property so we can only deliver to curb side. We also use a third party courier to deliver certain items, in the instance of any damage being caused to customers property in any way shape or form we are not responsible, this would need to be directed to the courier company. We do offer a premium delivery service which consists of delivering the items into your home and affixing any components. However, we do not accept any liability for any damage caused to your property whilst doing so. For items sent through a third party courier we do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to their errors. For returns please read our Returns policy.
We will only accept returns which are brand new still in original packaging, items which are supplied flat packed will only be accepted where assembly has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition, brand new still in original packaging, the buyer pays all delivery and return costs, buyer may return item by their own means, if buyer requires us to arrange for them to be returned cost is £1.50 per kg, returned items will also have a deduction of £1.50 per kg deducted towards the initial delivery costs incurred by us. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, items returned outside of this time will not be considered for refund. Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them. We regret that we cannot be held liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed as checked by the customer. If the items / box are damaged please advise the courier to amend his paper work to include damage before signing.
