We urge all customers to email us before purchasing items if they are unsure if the item listed is correct for their vehicle. We can always double check for you, our staff are always happy to help. This will eliminate the chance of returns.
If you wish to return your goods, you must notify us immediately by following the returns procedure on eBay.
In case of faulty goods a refund will be processed only after the item is verified to be faulty by the manufacturer. If they are deemed as faulty we will refund you in full the price you paid via eBay.
Partial refunds will be issued for purchase of an incorrect item or if you change your mind, this will incur a handling and restocking charge of 20% of the sale price. While processing a return please send a message to us through eBay with your vehicle registration number so we can verify on the system which item will fit your vehicle. If we verified the fit to you via email prior to purchase and the item is not compatible once received, the item will need to be returned to us unused in original packaging, and we will refund you in full the price you paid via eBay.
Please note the item must be unused and it its original packaging. Upon receipt an inspection of the returned goods will be conducted. If the inspection shows the goods to be in saleable condition, we will process the refund based on the terms above. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where do I find the vehicle Registration Number?
You can find this on your vehicle's logbook as well as your number plate. Some vehicle registration numbers are NOT compatible with our system which is why we sometimes ask for additional information.
Where do I find the eBay item number?
The "item number" is a twelve digit number which you can find at the top right hand corner of the item listing page.
What if my item is damaged in delivery?
Refuse delivery at once if the package is damaged upon arrival. Once you have signed for a package you accept all responsibility for the contents inside. After refusal please message us immediately so we can send a replacement or arrange for a refund. Items damaged by yourself or mechanic fitting on your behalf may not be returned.
Do you accept returns?

What if a part fails under warranty?
We cannot be held liable for any labour costs associated with fitting or removal of parts. In the event a part is faulty or fails under warranty, NO costs associated with fitting or removal of parts will be reimbursed. However a full refund or replacement will be issued once the part is found to be faulty by the manufacturer.

When will my item be dispatched?
Most orders placed before 12:00pm will be despatched the same day however in cases where stock is unavailable for unforeseen circumstances your order may be despatched the following day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders will be delivered in 1 to 2 days. Please bear in mind most orders are sent recorded delivery and require a signature upon receipt.
