PRICE RANGE

Delivery time

It roughly takes 5-6 weeks to make and deliver the dress, If you need the dress before the estimate delivery time, please contact our staff, we have 2 weeks and 3 weeks delivery options available with extra cost. 


 

Holiday notification

Our factory has 3 weeks holiday in Feb. 1 week holiday at beginning of May and Oct. Any order placed between 5th Jan to 20th Feb will take 8-9 weeks to make and deliver. Order placed in April and Sept. will take 6 weeks to make and deliver. 



Custom Duty and VAT

Dress will be dispatched from Swansea to UK customer's UK address (excl. urgent orders).  For International orders, dresses will be shipped from our China factory, any caused Custom duty and VAT is buyer's responsibility.

Q: I can not see the back of the dress from the picture. What is it look like?

A:  We normally make lace up back unless the customer ask for a zip instead of lace up.

 

Q: My wedding or Prom is in next month. May I have the dress sooner?

A: Yes, we accept urgent orders, but we may charge an extra fee for urgent order depending on the order details. please email me to discuss.

 

Q: Will my dress look exactly like the picture?

A:  If you want the dress as puffy as the picture showed, you need a petticoat. You will have the beading or embroidery photos before you have the dress.

 

Q: It has already been a month, why I still have not got my dress?

A:  We will send over the dress as soon as it finished. At the mean time we will send you an email to let you know. But the transportation company is an independent company. Please be patient if something wrong with them. We will try out best to help you get the dress ASAP.

 

Q: What the price will be if I order my wedding dress, bridemaid dresses and accessories with you?

A:  You definitely get a bulk price for that, please contact me for details.

 

Q: I would like to have jacket to match the dress or I do not like the dress long tail, Can I change it?

A:  Yes, you can. Because we make the dress individually, it is no problem to ask for something different from the sample photos. But extra charge may be charged. Contact me for details
