Delivery Charges
A big benefit to shopping with us is that we give you FREE delivery on all UK orders. For all customers in Europe we add a £2.00 delivery charge.

Delivery Times
We ship all orders within a 24 hour period from order placement (weekends public holidays excluded) If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday then it will not be dispatched on the very next working day.
All orders are shipped using a First Class service and generally are received within the quoted timescales (up to 7 working days for UK customers & 10 working days for European customers)

We cannot be held responsible if your order does not arrive on time as delivery times in the postal networks can vary with Royal Mail and other mail partners. Please remember that the moment your order is released into the postal networks we are reliant on them to ensure delivery occurs within the quoted timescale.

Incorrect or insufficient address details
If your order is returned to us due to you providing an incorrect or insufficient address then it will delay re-delivery to you. If of course the order by that time is no longer required then a refund will be issued. Please be aware that orders being returned to us due to these conditions can take a little extra time to be received at our warehouse as Royal Mail and European mail partners will try every resource to ascertain the correct delivery address before finally returning the item to us.

What if I change my Mind
We've all been there, ordered an item and then decided that it is no longer required or not what we want.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours and these are sent on First Class Service. It is important that you allow up to 7 working days if in UK or 10 working days if in Europe to receive your order as delivery times in the postal networks may vary from time to time.
