We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. We are aware at times Royal Mail do not leave a card when trying to deliver. If you are not in receipt of your purchase within 5 working days can you please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the item. If you are not in receipt of your item after 10 working days please let us know. We will take the matter up with Royal Mail and arrange for a replacement/alternative item to be dispatched or issue a full refund.

Lingeries items are intimate to each individual. Once used (try on is OK), they can no longer be sold as new for hygiene reasons. Any exchange or refund is based on conditions that the product has not been used and is returned within 14 days of purchase. We will not refund on items that have obviously be worn, have make-up on them or are just stuffed into the packaging. We have to be able to resell these products so expect them to return to us in the same condition that they were received Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however if you should receiveany faulty goods please advise us upon receipt of the item. A returns slip is enclosed with all orders. Please complete this and return with your item. On receipt we will also refund your return postage costs If an item is returned because you don't like it or it doesn't fit we do not refund the return postage costs. Please ensure that returned items are in original packaging, tags are still attached, there are no make up stains on the item and the item is packaged in the way it was received (not screwed up or inside out) When returning an item because you don't like it, or it doesn't fit, the customer is responsibility to pay the return postage costs.
