If the Screen goes faulty within 3 Months then just send us an eBay message with your invoice number, warranty number and let us know the fault as well.
We will issue RMA (Returns Material Authorization) Number to be written and clearly visible on the outside of the box when shipping back to us. No Returns will be accepted without an RMA Number.
We will send a replacement at our cost.

All items ordered by 4.00pm will be dispatched the same day. Any orders between 4.00pm and 5.30pm may be dispatched the same day.
All our items are dispatched in extra strong boxes specially designed and built for Analogic Computers.
We use Royal Mail, UPS and DPD couriers for our deliveries, depending on the location and type of premises (commercial or residential). The parcels can be tracked as appropriate through Royal Mail website http://www.royalmail.com, through UPS couriers’ website http://www.ups.com or DPD Website http://www.dpd.co.uk
We only dispatch without any exception to address registered with PayPal.
We do not offer any collection or pickup service. Please note, our shop prices are higher than our eBay prices.

Some laptop models use more than one type of screen. The screen could be CCFL (using inverter) or an LED with data connector at different locations, depending on the model of the screen. The best practice is to remove the broken/faulty screen and get the model number from the back of the screen and the position of connector(s).

If you are particular about a certain part number then please send us a message on eBay to check the part number we will be despatching. Some screen models with the same model number as the one from your laptop like Sony, Samsung, Dell may still not work in your laptop due to a different “Firmware” on the screen, even though the connectors might be the same type.
We have a hassle free returns policy. If for any reason, whatsoever, within 14 days of purchase you would like to return the item then please send us a message through eBay. Please note, if the item you received is damaged then you must contact us within 24 hours. We will issue RMA (Returns Material Authorization) Number to be written and clearly visible on the outside of the box when shipping back to us. No Returns will be accepted without an RMA Number.
You may return the item back to us with all warranty labels in place and without any tampering. All returned parts must be in good condition and in original packing.
Once we receive the item back in our original packing, we will refund in full excluding our initial shipping and handling and administrative charge. The customer will be responsible without any exception for all return shipping charges. Please note, custom fees and import duties are not refundable. We will dispatch a replacement for faulty or defective items at our own expense.
