Can I Change My Delivery Address?
In order to protect our customers from potential fraud and avoid items being lost whilst in transit, we are unable to amend address details once the order has been submitted.
If you require your order to be sent to a different address, please change your delivery address on your eBay and PayPal accounts before making a payment to us.
Can I Amend My Order?
Please note that no amendments can be made either to the goods ordered or customer details once an order has been placed.
Once an order has been confirmed we are unable to cancel or amend orders.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
Sorry, we do not exchange items. You simply need to return your item to us and order the item you wish to purchase instead, online
We cannot pay your costs of returning the item to us. The customer is responsible for the return postage and packaging cost when returning the item to us. We recommend items are returned via traceable means i.e. recorded delivery. Postage costs are non-refundable. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.

My Item Is Faulty, Can I Return It?
Of course. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please contact customer service at email@example.com . Please remember to include your eBay ID in the email.
Why Wasn't My Order Accepted?
- Incomplete delivery address.
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
How Long Does It Take For a Refund?
Once your item has been received for checking and processing we will credit you by reversing your original PayPal transaction.
Please allow up to 14 working days from completion of the return process for your refund to be completed although typically this can happen sooner.
Why Do Your Prices Change?
We reserve the right to change prices from time to time, but the price quoted when you place your order is the price you will be charged.
Whilst we always try to ensure the accuracy of the prices on the Animal eBay Shop, there will inevitably be rare occasions when we make a mistake. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price, select alternative products or cancel your order.
