Shoebou Returns Policy:
Great News…..Free Returns on all UK orders within 14 days.
We hope that you love everything that you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item that is not suitable when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
We’re sorry but we are unable to offer Free Returns or Exchanges on International orders.
How to return an Item:
1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with all labels still attached.
2. Please include a copy of your invoice, or note with your name and order reference number with your parcel indicating whether you require an exchange or refund.
3. Cover your address label with the Shoebou Ltd address label found on the bottom right of your invoice.
4. Return the package by using the Post Office counters. This is a 48 hour tracked return service and they will provide you with proof of postage.
5. Keep your tracking number safe as this is your proof of postage.
If you want to exchange your item we will try and replace for another size. Please indicate on the front of your Invoice what size you require and include with your parcel. All exchanges will be dispatched free of charge by standard delivery.
We will do all we can to help, but please understand that as our stocks are constantly changing we may not be able to satisfy your request.
How long will my refund take to be processed?
1. We aim to process your return within 24 hours of receipt.
2. We regret that original delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the item is considered to be faulty.
3. We will email you once your return has been processed.
4. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original order or back into your PayPal account.
5. If you have returned a parcel and have not heard from us within 5 days then please email email@example.com and we will look into it for you.
If the item you received is not as you ordered or faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, order number, product details, the reason for your return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with your return.

Order Cancellation Rights:
Under the UK Distance Selling regulations you can cancel your contract with us at anytime within 7 days. To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing at the email address below. Please note that in order to cancel your contract, you must return all the items that were included in your order. If you cancel your contract with us, we will refund the amount due to you, including delivery charges, within 30 days of when you gave us notice of your cancellation.
We also reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense.
