Please check items carefully upon delivery, if you are not completely satisfied you must report any problems to us within 7 days of receipt of your goods, by email or telephone. We will email you a returns note which must be completed and placed inside your parcel when returning to us. No refunds will be given after this statutory period. No shoe returns will be accepted with scuffmarks, toe imprints or scratches to the soles). •Have no alterations or evidence of pinning •No make- up stains •No perfume or cigarette smoke aroma •Have no body odours •Size and tracking code tags must be still be attached •Re-packed in all original packaging with returns note included. (Please note. Faulty packaging may result in goods not being fit for re-sale and therefore we reserve the right to charge a reasonable amount to cover loss of revenue on re-sale, up to the full amount of the goods.) The cost of returning goods lays with you, the client, and we strongly recommend asking for proof of posting when returning the item to us. This cost will be reimbursed for any customers returning genuinely faulty goods. Once the goods have been received and inspected by us, we will contact you by email with a returned goods progress report. For faulty goods, a replacement, exchange or complete refund to include any postage costs incurred will be arranged.
