- Royal Mail 1st Class: Free
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: £0.75

For other EU country addresses:
- Buyer pays £1.50 for the first item, add £1.00 for each additional item. Delivery takes about 5 working days.

Service for collection in person is not available.
We reserve the rights to change delivery method for large quantity orders.

Return Policy:

A full refund including postage, or replacement, can be offered if the item has blew within 12 months of item dispatching date, provided the body and the cable of the item are in original condition (e.g. not damaged, not been opened, or been cut). It is buyer's responsibility to pay the returning cost.
Return request for any damage due to user's careless handling would not be accepted. We only accept return request for manufacturing defect with 12 months of item dispatching date.
If buyer purchased this item in error, item can be returned in 14 days from the shipping date. A partial refund which is £2.50 less than original payment will be offered if the item is returned in its original condition.
Every item has a warranty sticker attached on the body, buyer is required to keep this sticker in the original condition within first 12 months of shipping date. Warranty will be offered only to the adapters with the warranty stickers.
In any case, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the cost of returning delivery. I will pay the cost of sending the replacement to the buyer.
