As you can see from our excellent feedback, our items usually arrive in perfect condition. On very occasions a problem will arise or you simply change your mind. If you wish to cancel your purchase under the distance selling regulations you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your item in writing through eBay messages. The buyer assumes all cost responsibility for arranging any returns. Please consider the potential return costs before you open your item and allow it to expand or dispose of packaging etc. The cancellation period only applies to goods that are unused. We do not accept returns of items if you have used them. If your product is faulty we will ask you to supply photographic evidence to us via email. Once the fault has been verified by us we will choose to refund to replace or refund at our discretion (as is our right under the sales of goods act). If your item arrives via a courier with obvious damage to the packaging or it is marked, please sign the consignment note " DAMAGED " or refuse to accept the item and return it with the courier. We cannot accept any reports for damages for items that had obvious damage when delivered. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and when returned to ourselves it will be inspected for the damages reported by yourself. Any further damages caused by the return postage cannot be accepted, so ensure that you re-pack the item securely. If when you open your item any parts are missing we will post the relevant parts asap. Refunds will be made within 30 days as per the sale of goods act by the same means as payment was made.
