Delivery Most products ordered before 3pm weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. With our new Tracked Royal Mail postal system deliveries should arrive to UK mainland addresses within 3 days. If your item is not with you by the 5th day please contact us so we can trace your delivery.
International. Most international deliveries will arrive withing 5 - 7 working days. If your delivery has not arrived after 10 workings days please contact us so we can track and trace the progress of your delivery.

Return policy Faulty Goods You have seven days from the date of receipt of your goods to inspect them for faults. If the goods are faulty you should contact us either by phone or email within the seven days quoting date of order and order number. We will collect the faulty goods for inspection and replace them at our cost. You also have the right to claim costs associated with faulty goods such as phone and postage costs. Damaged goods must be notified on the original delivery note. For non faulty goods which arrive back to us we reserve the right to charge for carriage costs.
Unwanted Goods Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days without giving a reason. The customer is responsible for all charges incurred returning goods, which will differ from that of the delivery charge. All other monies paid will be refunded within 30 days, The 7 day cancellation period will commence on the day following the customer receives their order. Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered, therefore cellophane protection should not be removed and goods not cut or drilled. Boxed items must be returned complete, not part used. After 7 days a 25% handling charge will be applied to all returned goods.

Unless otherwise stated, all PetMate products purchased from this us are covered by a 3 year guarantee, from the date they are delivered to you. All relevant guarantee details are supplied with your product(s). In the unlikely event that you experience a fault or defect with your product within your guarantee period, you should contact Pet Mate by letter, fax, e-mail or telephone. Please quote the date you ordered the goods, the order number, product description and the nature of the fault.
Pet Mate ask you to return the faulty product for inspection and repair or replace it at our cost including your postage costs.
