None compatible items maybe returned subject to evaluation. Resellable items can be returned for a refund less the postage cost and a 20% restocking fee. 
Items of low value may not qualify, please email before returning any goods and always include your ebay username with the returned item.

The postage charge is a postage, packaging and handling charge which also includes insurance for loss or damage to the item (insurance is not always shown in the total cost of posting the item).
We charge what we believe to be a fair rate for postage, packaging and handling.  Our rates are no higher than what you will find from a regular business outside of ebay.
The total cost of postage is clearly shown before you purchase the item.  If you are not happy with it then please do not purchase.  Complaining about postage costs after the items have been sent will only result in your being blocked from future purchases.
