Royal Mail Tracked 48 - This is a 2-3 day service. All items are tracked.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - This is a 1-2 day service. Royal Mail deliver 98% of Tracked 24 items next day. Deliveries are not guaranteed on Saturday and public & bank holidays.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - This service is guaranteed for next day delivery.
Royal Mail Economy Service - This is a 10-22 day service and is also not tracked. Customers are advised that we will not be held responsible if items get lost in transit. This is why we recommend you choose one of our Tracked options.
To ensure you know the status of your parcel delivery at all key stages, Royal Mail Tracked provides the following track points:
Track 1 is created at the point of dispatch when the parcel label is generated on our own dispatch management system.
Track 2 occurs when your parcel enters the Royal Mail processing Mail Centre
Track 3 is triggered when the parcel is processed at the recipient's local Mail Centre
Track 4 is taken when the parcel arrives at the Delivery Office
Track 5 occurs at the doorstep of the delivery address when delivery of the parcel is attempted
International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. We dispatch worldwide with the exception of some countries.
We always want our customers to be happy with the products and services that we provide. However, if for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 days refund and exchange policy. For refunds, you can return the item to the address on the invoice within 14 days and we will issue a refund once we receive the item. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you must inform us of your decision to return the item within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once we have received the item we issue a full refund. Please note customers must pay for the cost of returning the item.

For exchanges, you can send the item back to the address on the invoice including a note stating the style, size and further details of the item you wish to exchange for. We also require £3.00 to send the replacement. But, in both the cases please ensure that the item is in the same condition as it was sent and it has not been worn. If you would like an exchange then please contact us via the eBay messaging service to check if the replacement required is in stock. You will need to return the item at your own cost. You will not need to open a returns case if you would like to exchange an item.
If your item is faulty on arrival then you have 10 days in which to inform us of the fault. Item should be returned in their original packaging. Once we have verified the fault we will issue a replacement item or full refund via your original payment method. We will also reimburse your postage costs. We will the inspect returned item and if is not faulty then we cannot issue a refund or the postage costs.
