Orders

Q. Do you offer Next Day delivery?

A. Yes we do. Next Day Delivery costs £4.75. All order placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day.

Please note that any Next Day Delivery orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday

Q. Can I change my order?

A. If you would like to make a change to your order we will do our best to make that change providing we have not started processing it. Please note that we cannot guarantee this.

Q. What forms of payments do you accept?

A. We only accept payments through PayPal. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or cash payments. Please DO NOT send cash in the post. All payment must be made within 7 days of purchase to avoid eBay opening an Unpaid Item Case.

Delivery

Q. Do you deliver outside the UK?

A. Yes, we do send our products internationally using a non-trackable service, Royal Airmail. Please click on the ‘See all Detail’ link under the postage charges. Please note that the £2.99 promotional shipping offer does not apply on deliveries outside the UK.

Q. How long will it take for the delivery to reach me?

A. If we receive your order by 3pm on a working day, the order will be dispatched on the same day and usually takes 1-2 working days to be delivered to the recipient within UK only. For International customers it varies between 15-20 working days.

Q. I have not received my item?

A. Normally, UK parcels are delivered within 1-2 working days. If you don’t receive your parcel then you can contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number. However if your parcel does not arrive then we need to wait up to 15 working days (UK only) before we can declare it lost. Please contact us again if this is the case and we will either issue you a full refund or send a replacement subject to stock availability after the 15 days. You must make us aware of any parcels not delivered within 50 days of purchase (UK and International). After this time period we are unable to trace your parcel and compensate you.

International buyers will have to wait for 20 working days for the parcel's delivery.

Q. What happens if my parcel is delivered when I am not at home?

A. If you are not at home when your parcel is being delivered, the courier driver will either:

Leave the parcel in a secure location, leave the parcel with a neighbour or take the parcel back with them. You will be left a card advising you of what has been done.

Q. Can my parcel be delivered on a Saturday?

A. Some parcels may be delivered on a Saturday, but we cannot arrange this, nor can we guarantee this.

Returns & Exchange

Q. What is your Returns Policy?

A. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the transaction date as long as the product is not worn/used with all tags attached.

Please note once we have received the return it can take up to 4 days to process.

Q. I would like to exchange my item?

A. We are happy to exchange the product for different sizes or colour within 14 days of the transaction date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. An exchange for a different product will not be acceptable and you will be requested to return the item for a refund and place a fresh order instead. Also, a further postage cost will be applicable. Please contact us before sending the item back.

Q. I have received a faulty/damaged item?

Please check your items once you receive your parcel. We must be notified of any faults/damages within 7 days of receiving the item. We will not accept faults/damages back after this period. Please notify us and we will ask you to return the item to us and subject to stock availability we will either offer you an exchange or refund. We will also cover the cost of you sending the item back to us.

Q. Do you deal in wholesale/bulk buys?

A. We deal in both wholesale and bulk buys. Please do not hesitate to contact us on info@asfashiononline.co.uk for any wholesale queries.

DELIVERY

Most of our items are shipped via Royal Mail 1^st Class Recorded Delivery. You will receive your items within 2-3 days of dispatch. When your item is dispatched you will be sent an email notification. Items are not dispatched on the Weekend and Bank Holidays.

All of our deliveries will need to be signed for, if you are unable to receive your delivery, you will be left a calling card. The calling card will provide you details of how you can arrange for your parcel to be redelivered. If you don’t arrange for it to be collected within seven working days, the parcel will be returned to us. We will then require you to pay the postage to re send the parcel out.

If in the unusual circumstances your parcel can’t be located by Royal Mail, they do not declare it lost till after 15 working days. Only after this time period will we be able to refund you the cost of your item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please notify us before returning the item. A copy of the invoice should also be included with the product for the returns to take place effectively. However, we do have the right to reject your return request if we believe that the product has been worn, misused or has exceeded the 14 day limit. Once we receive the item in perfect condition, a refund will be issued directly into the PayPal Account minus the original postage paid. Please note once we have received the return it can take up to 4 days to process.  Please note we will not cover the cost of returning the items to us unless they are damaged or faulty. IMPORT DUTY

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order to avoid any surprise charges.

Please also note that if you are purchasing from the UK and having your parcel delivered to another EU State then there no taxes applied.
