Orders
Q. Do you offer UK Next Day delivery?
A. Yes we do. UK Next Day Delivery
costs £4.75. All order placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day.
Please note that any UK Next Day
Delivery orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the
following Monday
Q. Can I change my order?
A.
If you would like to make a change to your order we will do our best to make
that change providing we have not started processing it. Please note that we cannot guarantee this.
Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A.
We ONLY accept payments through PayPal. We do not accept cheques, postal orders
cash payments or Bank Transfers. Please DO NOT send cash in the post. All
payment must be made within 7 days of purchase to avoid eBay opening an Unpaid
Item Case.
Delivery
Q. Do you deliver outside the UK?
A.
Yes, we do send our products internationally using, Royal Airmail International
Signed For. (The parcels will be tracked up to the point of leaving the UK, not
after. The customer does not need to sign for the parcel). Please click on the
‘See all Detail’ link under the postage charges. Please note that the £2.99 promotional shipping offer does not apply on
deliveries outside the UK. We do not ship to Argentina. For FULL detail see the

Q. How long will it take for the parcel to reach me?
A. Please note that during busy
periods these times may increase slightly. For UK customers if you require your
parcel urgently we suggest using UK Next Day Delivery.

Q. I have not received my item?
A. UK – If you haven’t been given
one, we can provide you with a tracking number (if your parcel was dispatched
with one). If you are still unable to locate your parcel we need to wait up to
15 working days after posting before our couriers allow us to declare the
parcel lost and reimburse you. So please contact us again after 15 working days
if your parcel still hasn’t arrived.
International customers need to
wait up to 20 working days before the parcel is declared lost.
You MUST make us aware of any parcels
not delivered within 50 days of purchase (UK and International). After this
time period we are unable to trace the parcel for you and we will not be able
to refund you either.
International
buyers will have to wait for a maximum of 20 working days for the parcel's
delivery.
Q. What happens if my parcel is delivered when I am not at
home?
A. If you are not at home when your parcel is being
delivered, the courier driver will either:
Leave the parcel in a secure location, leave the parcel with
a neighbour or take the parcel back with them. You will be left a card advising
you of what has been done.
Q. Can my parcel be delivered on a Saturday?
A. Some parcels may be delivered
on a Saturday, but we cannot arrange or guarantee this.
Returns
& Exchange
Q. What is your Returns Policy?
A.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date as long as
the product is not worn/used and has all tags attached.
Please
note once we have received the return it can take up to 4 days to process.

Q. I would like to exchange my item?
A. If
you would like to exchange your item we ask that you return your original item
for a refund and place a new order for the items you would like. The FULL
returns process can be found further below.
Q. What do I do if my order was faulty/damaged or Incorrect?
We are very sorry that your order
is incorrect/damaged/faulty. We must be notified of all
incorrect/damaged/faulty orders within 7 days of the transaction date. Please
send us a message, so we can rectify this mistake for you. We will either
replace the item subject to stock availability, or refund you the money. Please
send the parcel back to us as advised on the Returns Form. We will require you to initially cover the
cost of sending the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will
reimburse you for this charge. I am afraid that is the only way of getting the
parcel to us. We don’t have any way of collecting the parcel from you or
providing a returns label.

Q.
Do you deal in wholesale/bulk buys?
A.
We deal in both wholesale and bulk buys. Please do not hesitate to contact us
on info@asfashiononline.co.uk for any wholesale queries.
DELIVERY
Most of our items are shipped via Royal Mail and some require
a signature for delivery, but not all. You will receive your items within 2-3
days of dispatch. When your item is dispatched you will be sent an email
notification. Items are not dispatched on the Weekend and Bank Holidays.
If your item has been sent Recorded Delivery it will
need to be signed for, if you are unable to receive your delivery, you will be
left a calling card. The calling card will provide you details of how you can
arrange for your parcel to be redelivered. If you don’t arrange for it to be
collected within seven working days, the parcel will be returned to us. We will
then require you to pay the postage to re send the parcel out.
If in the unusual circumstances your parcel can’t be
located by Royal Mail, they do not declare it lost till after 15 working days.
Only after this time period will we be able to refund you the cost of your
item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We are happy
to accept returns within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is
not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please note that we do have the right to
reject your return request if we believe that the product has been worn,
misused or has exceeded the 14 day limit.
Items should
be returned using your Returns Form which can be found on the back of your
invoice. Without this we will not be able to process your return. All parcels
must be sent back to: asfashion online, Digital Dress Limited, Unit F, Hunter
Terrace, Fletchworth Gate Ind Est, Coventry, CV5 6SP, UK. The customer must
cover the cost of returning the parcel to us. We suggest that all parcels are
sent to us using 2nd class Recorded Delivery. You will be given a
tracking number by the post office, which you will need to ensure that the
parcel has reached us safely. The parcel remains the responsibility of the
customer until received by us.
We do not need
you to message us before returning the item, however you must complete the
Returns Form and send it back with the parcel. Please note that is takes up to
4 working days to process a return so please bare that in mind with the time it
will take to reach us. Once we process your return a refund will be issued
directly into your PayPal account minus the postage charges. You will be sent
an email as soon as the return has been processed to let you know.
If you would like to exchange your
item we ask that you return your original item for a refund and place a new
order for the items you would like. The item should be returned as laid out in
the returns policy above.

We do reply to all our messages and emails and do not
ignore you, if you are not satisfied with your product or shopping experience
then please contact us to resolve the issue before leaving a negative/neutral
feedback or poor DSR.
INTERNATIONAL SELLING
We also send parcels internationally via a service
called Royal Mail International Signed For. The parcel will be tracked up to
the point of leaving the UK but not after that. You will not be required to
sign for the delivery. We do not ship to Argentina.

IMPORT DUTY
If you order Products from our site for delivery
outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied
when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible
for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no
control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your
local customs office for further information before placing your order to avoid
any surprise charges.
Please also note that if you are purchasing from the
UK and having your parcel delivered to another EU State then there no taxes
applied.
