Q. Do you offer UK Next Day delivery?
A. Yes. UK Next Day Delivery costs £4.75. All
orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day.
Please note that any UK Next Day Delivery orders
placed before 3pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Q. Can I change my order?
A. We will try our hardest to change your order,
but cannot guarantee this. If it has been processed or already left the
building, then we will not be able to.
Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A. We ONLY accept payments through PayPal. We do
not accept cheques, postal orders, cash payments or Bank Transfers. Please DO
NOT send cash in the post. All payment must be made within 7 days of purchase
to avoid eBay opening an Unpaid Item Case.
Q. Do you deliver outside the UK?
A. Yes. Click on the ‘See Details’ to get the
International postage rates. The £2.99 Promotional shipping offer does not
apply to International deliveries. We do not ship to Argentina. For FULL detail

Q. How long will it take for the parcel to reach
A. Please note that during busy periods these times
may increase slightly. For UK customers if you require your parcel urgently we
suggest using UK Next Day Delivery.

Same Day, Delivery approx 10 days.
Q. I have not received my item?
A. UK - If your parcel has a tracking number, it
will have been given to you in your delivery confirmation email. You can track
your parcel from there.
If your order didn’t have a tracking number or you
haven’t been able to locate the parcel, please contact us via eBay. We may ask
you to wait up to 15 working days from posting before we can declare it lost.
International – if you don’t receive your parcel
within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via eBay. We may ask you
to wait up to 20 working days from posting before we can declare it lost.
Q. What happens if my parcel is delivered when I am
not at home?
A. If you are not at home when your parcel is being
delivered, the courier driver will either:
Leave the parcel in a secure location, leave the
parcel with a neighbour or take the parcel back with them. You will be left a
card advising you of what has been done.
Q. Can my parcel be delivered on a Saturday?
A. Some parcels may be delivered on a Saturday, but
we cannot arrange or guarantee this.

A. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of
the purchase date as long as the product is not worn/used and has all tags

A. If you would like to exchange your item we ask
that you return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the

We are very sorry for this, please send us a
message via eBay and we will try to get this resolved as soon as possible. See
Incorrect/Damaged/Faulty items below for more information.
TERMS OF SALE
Most of our items are
shipped via Royal Mail and some require a signature for delivery, but not all.
You will receive your items within 2-3 days of dispatch. When your item is
dispatched you will be sent an email notification. Items are not dispatched on
the Weekend and Bank Holidays.
If your item has been sent
Recorded Delivery it will need to be signed for, if you are unable to receive
your delivery, you will be left a calling card. The calling card will provide
you details of how you can arrange for your parcel to be redelivered. If you
don’t arrange for it to be collected within seven working days, the parcel will
be returned to us. We will then require you to pay the postage to re send the
If in the unusual
circumstances your parcel can’t be located by Royal Mail, they do not declare
it lost till after 15 working days. Only after this time period will we be able
to refund you the cost of your item.
We are happy to accept
returns within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not
worn/used; with all tags attached. Please note that we do have the right to
reject your return request if we believe that the product has been worn,
misused or has exceeded the 14 day limit.
To Return an item, go to My
Ebay, then Purchase History and then select return item on the drop down menu
next to the item that you would like to return. You must do this before you
return an item to us.
Complete the Returns Form
on the back of your invoice and place it in the parcel that you would like to
return. Send your parcel back to: asfashion online, Digital Dress Limited, Unit
F, Hunter Terrace, Fletchworth Gate Ind Est, Coventry, CV5 6SP, UK. The customer
must cover the cost of returning the parcel to us. We suggest that all parcels
are sent to us using 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. You will be
given a tracking number by the post office, which you will need to ensure that
the parcel has reached us safely. The parcel remains your responsibility until
received by us.
Please note that it takes
up to 4 working days to process a return so please bear that in mind with the
time it will take to reach us. Once we process your return a refund will be
issued directly into your PayPal account minus the original and returns postage
charges. You will be sent an email as soon as the return has been processed to
let you know.
If you would like to exchange your item we ask that
you return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the items
you would like. The item should be returned as laid out in the returns policy
If we have by mistake sent
you an incorrect/damaged/faulty item please accept our apologies. We will do
our best to get the matter resolved as soon as possible. Please send us a
message within 7 working days of ordering. We will then be able to rectify our
mistake. We will either replace the item, subject to stock levels or refund
your money. Please return the item to us as advised on the Returns Form.
Initially you will need to pay the postage to send the parcel back to us. Once
we receive the item, we will reimburse you for this charge. We are sorry but
that is the only way of getting the parcel to us. We don’t have any way of
collecting the parcel from you or providing a returns label.

If you order products from
our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and
taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You
will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please
note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their
amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before
placing your order to avoid any surprise charges.
Please also note that if
you are purchasing from the UK and having your parcel delivered to another EU
State then there no taxes applied.
