New Look Black Womens Kitten Heel Shoes Size 4/37 (Ref: BR/11)

I have been involved with the Shoe trade for many, many years and I know it can be difficult buying shoes when you cannot try them on, so I only sell shoes at the size they are marked. I always try to describe the shoes I sell as accurately as possible so PLEASE for everyone’s sake do ask me for any further information or measurements that you might need BEFORE purchasing.
Colour: - I match shoe colours on a professional colour matched monitor so that you see the shoe colours as close as they can be. However, please note that many LCD Monitors are NOT colour corrected when made, so the colours you may see on your monitor might not be as described in our description. I cannot be responsible for any of these errors that might occur. If you are not sure of anything - PLEASE - contact me before purchase.

Abbreviation Descriptions:
New - (shop use only): - May show very slight signs of wear on heel tips & soles where they have been tried on in store. Price Labels may still be on - otherwise in Near Perfect Condition.
Near New: - Look New but will have very slight signs of wear on soles & heels (probably tried on and not used outside).
Light Use: - Possibly only worn once but will show signs of light outside use on soles, heel tips and inner soles. Outer shoe may have very slight marks on heels & uppers.
Used: - Soles & Heel tips will show signs that shoes have been worn a number of times, but are still in acceptable condition.

DELIVERY: - All orders are carefully inspected before sending, wrapped in tissue paper, boxed and sent by recorded delivery mail. Once signed for they become your responsibility and not that of Mad on Shoes. Please allow 5 working days from notified dispatch date. Contact us if you have not received your order after that.

RETURNS: - Should you be dissatisfied with your shoes please notify us within 2 days of delivery explaining the problem. PLEASE do not leave any feedback until we have sorted the problem out.
If the item is to be returned, it must be returned within 14 days of our contact and MUST be returned in its original boxed packaging, carefully wrapped and in the condition we sent the shoes out to you. I advise that when trying on your shoes, handle them with care and place on a carpeted surface.
I cannot accept returns if the item just doesn't fit or suit you or has been worn after purchase. We make a careful note of any marks/wear and condition on our records before dispatch. HOWEVER we will acept a return IF we have made a genuine mistake with sizing or colour but you MUST CONTACT us first before returning.
If you do need to return your shoes please use Special Delivery Mail as this will cover you to compensation for any losses or damage caused during their return. Please note that if the shoes do not reach us, then Proof of Posting must be supplied to us. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of returned items.

I accept Paypal and Postal Orders in sterling only and made out to D.H.Green. I do not accept cash or cheques.

I will not send items to a third party under any circumstances.
