Purchase before 1.00pm Monday to Friday & we normally Dispatch same day

(although please allow for just upto 24 hours from purchase during a normal working week to cover us from any possible unforseen circumstances just incase we can't post on any particular day,but this would be quite rare to be honest)

Estimated Dispatch & Delivery Times (please read,thanks)


Dispatch time is the time taken from receiving your payment to having your purchase sent via the post office on its way

We dispatch 2 times a day 9.00am and 1.00pm monday to friday,so always well within 1 working day as stated (any later than 1.00pm  we will struggle to catch the last van collection)
Purchases after 1.00pm friday will go in monday mornings first post collection

Delivery Times are only estimated on the postal method chosen at checkout after dispatch,this is the time taken from us posting to each buyer receiving their purchase.
1st Class Mail normally arrives within 1-3 working days after posting,some may even take longer its just impossible to say these days of obviosly neither buyer or seller can ever control the delivery part,please note though that 1st class is not a guarenteed next day delivery service so alway allow for as much time as possible for delivery.(the royal mail wont consider a parcel delayed until 15 days after posting)
Special Delivery option should arrive next working day after dispatch monday to friday,weekends and public holidays don't count with special delivery

Our promise to each customer is that we will dispatch there purchase at the times stated above if obviosly payment has cleared by then,if we can't dispatch on a any day then you will see a note at the top of each listing but this is rare

In fairness to us though we do respectfully ask all our customers to be understanding that all any purchase made from us,no matter how quickly we dispatch then we simply can't be held responsible or liable in any way at all for delivery times,delays etc within the mail system that are simply beyond our control by any postal method chosen.

Should there be any delays in the mail etc then ofcourse that does concern us and we will always be here to help and assist as much as physically possible in tracking down your purchase,we consider that to be our job anyway and wont leave anyone out in the cold or ever out of pocket even in the rare event of a postal loss.

Should in the very rare event of there being a postal loss then no buyer will ever be left out of pocket,that we can also promise,although we will need a short declaration of loss  from the buyer to pass on to make a claim for loss etc to the relevent mail organisation,this can only be done after 15 days of dispatch

We do reserve the the right to post earlier than the above times stated if we find its possible for us to do so to get your purchase to you faster,although normally 1.00pm is the latest we can wait for last weekday posting

All purchases made are assumed to be in full agreement with the above dispatch and delivery explanation by both buyer and seller and our only main term and condition




We accept Paypal,postal orders and cheques (please allow for time for clearance through the banks though)

Feedback is always left,this is done automatically for us upon receipt of feedback

Its rare we have any problems after a sale etc but things sometimes will always go wrong at some point,its inevitable,if so then should any problems occur then just let us know first to give us a chance to help put things right without delay

Returns are accepted no problem at all,they must be returned though exactly as received including any or all packaging both unworn or unused,email contact must be made first for more and full return details etc
