We offer a number of ways to return your item for a refund or exchange.
Return In-Store (Free!)
The quickest and easiest way to return your item is through one of our high street stores - please see the store locator on our website to find your nearest.
The store may also be able to exchange your item for a different size, depending on availability. We'd suggest calling the store in question before travelling to ensure they have the size required in stock.
We also offer free returns via Collect Plus . Please allow 3-7 working days from day of drop off for your refund or exchanged to be processed.
Go to the Collect Plus website and select SOLETRADER. You'll need to enter your order number and email address.
You will be given a label to print off and attach to the outside of your parcel. We ask that you wrap the item in secure outer packaging (don't just send the box back please! Any kind of parcel paper will be fine).
You can return your item by post to: SOLETRADER Internet Returns, Twinmar Ltd, Unit C, Swallowdale Lane, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7EA. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded.
For all methods of return, goods must be sent in a saleable* condition, in their original box/packaging and in secure outer packaging, along with the returns note. When trying on for fit, please do so indoors and on a carpeted surface.
