We endeavor to provide a great buying experience from purchase through to after sales.

We use Royal Mail for our standard deliveries. We use Royal Mail's delivery rates as a basis for our delivery charges and the amount we charge is what we pay ourselves.   Standard Returns

We are happy to accept returns if they are received within 7 days of arriving, and providing that the item has not been used or opened and is in its original condition. An email MUST be sent before returning your item with an enclosed note stating the reason for the return, your ebay login name and item number. Postage for returned items will not be refunded.
  Faulty Items

All of our products are carefully inspected before being dispatched to ensure that items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition. Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace, or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
