To offer you the best possible delivery service we work very closely with three separate delivery companies, we cover the length and breadth of the UK mainland. As well as fulfillment from our own team of delivery drivers, we also offer a specialist two man delivery team for larger items, a next day parcel service is also provided. Items up to and including 37 inch screen size TVs can be delivered within 72-hours of ordering (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays), and most domestic appliance items can be delivered within a 3-10 day period. All deliveries of products over the size of a 37 inch television are arranged by our sales team, will contact you the next working day after ordering (Monday to Friday) to advise of a day for delivery. All deliveries of products over this size are between 7am and 7pm. Deliveries are to ground floor properties only, if you require a delivery up any stairs, either to the property or within the property please notify us when placing the order. If we are not notified at the time of purchase we will not be able to deliver upstairs. All delivery timescales stated above are to UK mainland address. Please contact us for delivery timescales and services to UK islands. All items require a signature on receipt. Please do not give instructions such as 'please leave in garage if out' our drivers do not leave any item without a signature.
In the event of a product being faulty when delivered simply contact our customer service department, details can be found on the contact us section, we will arrange for the faulty item to be collected and a replacement item to be dispatched. The returned item should include ALL accessories and any other item sent with the product. Should ANY accessory item supplied NOT be returned, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the replacement items. In the event of a product being damaged when delivered please contact our customer service department, details can be found on the contact us section, as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched and the damaged item collected. The damaged item must be packed in the original packaging where possible or in suitable packaging (such as bubble wrap) to ensure no further damage can occur to the item during transit. If you wish to return the product as it is unwanted this can be done by sending the product back at your own expense, once the product has been received it will be checked buy the returns department to confirm the product is not damaged and a full refund will processed. If the product is found to be damaged a refund will be issued less the cost of repair. Alternatively we can arrange for the product to be collected at a cost of 15% of the price of the product, once the item has been collected it normally takes between 7 and 10 days for the refund to be process. We advise that you should keep all packaging for a minimum seven days from receipt of your purchase. Should a fault develop during this period you will need the packaging for returning the item.
