A passive speaker package designed for those who require punchy sound output with clarity packed in a rugged cabinet suitable for mobile DJ's in discos and parties, PA and Karaoke. The 2 Ekho cabinets, each featuring dual 15" drivers project a total of 1600W Max at 4 Ohms suitable for medium sized venues for all types of music for a great event. The pair project a thundering amount of bass in small to medium venues for an epic event whilst keeping the clarity of high and mid frequencies for most music types.

A brand new Ekho BBX Speaker range engineered to offer wonderful clarity of bass, medium and high frequencies for all types of music, packed into a solid, rugged, road ready cabinet suitable for mobile DJs in discos and parties, PA, karaoke and more.

This passive speaker features two huge 15 inch drivers suitable for bass rumbling frequencies. The in-built filter technology filters the bass frequencies to the two drivers and the high and mid range frequencies to the designated tweeters. Thanks to this technology, this is how the new BBX speaker offers superb clarity for most music types. On the back of the cabinet is 1x jack and 1x bare wire connector. Operating at 4 Ohms, this 800W Max speaker is louder than those of higher ohms in its price range.

Most of our products come with free shipping to mainland UK. However, there is an extra charge for those not in the area of our courier. Extended Warranty

1. 5 year Extended Warranty - Destiny Entertainments Ltd, the registered business of the following trading names; Electromarket, Essex Disco Supplies, Bass Merchant. Any mention of "Us" or "We" or "Our" is in reference to Destiny Entertainments Ltd. Any mention of "You" or “Your” or “Yourself” or "the customer" is in reference to the purchaser of the goods.

1.1 The "5 Year Extended Warranty" (5 Year EW) only covers good purchased under the following conditions:

1.1.1 Goods purchased on or after 01/09/2012.

1.1.2 Goods that are explicitly stated as "NEW". Goods that have any reference to B-stock, used, faulty, damaged or does not state the condition are not covered.

1.1.3 Whenever "5 Year Extended Warranty" or "5 Year EW" or "Extended Warranty" or "EW" or any plural form of the aforementioned is used it is referring to the final 4 years warranty that is covered by Us, not the first 1 year manufacturer warranty.

1.1.4 Any headings that are used in these terms and conditions are for ease of reading and finding sections and do not form part of the terms and conditions.

1.1.5 Warranties are not transferable. Therefore they are only valid for the original purchaser of the goods and whose name is on the receipt.

1.1.6 EW is not valid if the items were purchased by and business, under the name of a business or used for a business, registered or not. If We have any reason to believe that the items were used for a business then Your EW is void. This is at Our sole discretion.

Warranty Start and End Dates

1.2 If all of the conditions are met in these terms and conditions, the first 1 year warranty is covered by the manufacturer (please check our standard terms and conditions for goods that are within 1 year warranty) and the subsequent 4 years are fulfilled by Destiny Entertainments Ltd. For example, if You received Your goods on 01/09/2012, Your manufacturer's final day of warranty is on 31/08/2012. Your Destiny Entertainments Ltd 5 Year Extended Warranty starts on 01/09/2013 and final day is on 31/08/2017.

1.2.1 The warranty start date is from the date You have received the goods, or in the case of untracked items, 5 working days after the item is dispatched.

Returning Goods

1.3 The following states the procedure for returning goods back to Us.

1.3.1 The returning of the goods must meet the following conditions, else Your EW is void:

1.3.1.1 You must contact us via email, eBay message or phone before returning any goods. When You contact Us, if all conditions are met, We will give You a returns number by which to return the item back to Us. Without obtaining a returns number, Your EW is not applicable.

1.3.1.1.1 All returns number must be written on a piece of paper and stuck to the side of the box/packaging. Any returns without a returns number in this manner will be refused delivery, and the EW is not applicable.

1.3.1.1.2 Even if We accept receipt of Your goods via courier or otherwise, the EW is not applicable and acceptance of goods is not recognition of EW.

1.3.1.2 The goods must be returned at Your own cost via a registered courier and be sent via a tracked service.

1.3.1.2.1 Any goods that arrive to us damaged, whether We signed for the items as damaged or not, are not covered under the EW and the EW is void. You will have to claim via Your courier to recover any costs. We will help You by sending photos of this if applicable.

1.3.1.3 The goods cannot be returned in person, or through a third party, via Our store or warehouse, the EW is not applicable if returned in this manner. The goods must be returned via a registered courier.

1.3.1.4 If the goods are lost in transit on route to Us, then You will need to claim with the courier who You sent the items with, the EW will not be covered.

1.3.2 Once the items are back with Us, the items will be logged in and queued for testing by Our engineer. This process can take up to 60 days although this is not guaranteed, and is usually shorter.

1.3.3 After the items have been tested and the fault diagnosed; if the EW is still valid and all term and conditions met, We will pay for the returning of the item back to You.

1.3.3.1 If You have returned the goods to Us and Your EW is void for any reason, You will have to pay to return the goods back to Yourself. If Your product is found to be void, the following conditions apply:

1.3.3.1.1 If You choose not to receive the goods back, We may charge You proper disposal of the goods.

1.3.3.1.2 We may charge You a fee for time and/or resources that We have lost.

1.3.3.1.3 You are welcome to collect the goods from Us at a prearranged time and date by contacting Us first. You will be required to bring photographic ID (a valid passport or driving licence) and sign Our collection to state proof of collection.

1.3.4 Once the engineer has made his report, You will be contacted with the outcome.

What is covered

1.4 The following is the criteria as to what is covered by the EW and any exclusions:

1.4.1 All items must be returned with all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, cables and anything that that was received in the packaging.

1.4.2 When returning an item, You must send it back with Your proof of purchase. Please see ########## for more details on how to return an item. If there is no proof of purchase You are not able to claim on the EW.

1.4.3 The following are some exclusions:

1.4.3.1 The product has not been subject to abuse or any damage, accidental or intentional, cosmetic or not.

1.4.3.2 The product has been used outside of the manufacturers recommended specification, either in the description of the item, in the supplied manual.

1.4.3.3 You have gone against Our advice and used the product in a way that We have not recommended.

1.4.3.4 You can used the product is a way that it was not intended.

1.4.3.5 You have altered or modified the product in an irreprible way.

1.4.3.6 The product has been used with other accessories or equipment that may have caused the item to become faulty.

1.4.3.7 The product is not faulty due to general wear and tear.

1.4.3.8 We do not cover any other products that are damaged as a result of any fault to the product under warranty

1.4.4 The following must be applicable otherwise We reserve the right to withdraw the EW:

1.4.4.1 The product must be a current line.

1.4.4.2 The product must be actively produced by the manufacturer.

1.4.4.3 The product must also have parts available to repair the item.

1.5.1 Compensation will not be covered for any damage, loss of earnings or any other circumstances.

1.5.2 The cost of part or labour may not exceed 25% of the original purchase price of the product covered by the EW, not including any delivery costs.

1.5.3 The EW can only be used once in its duration. When the cover has been used once, the cover is terminated.

1.5.4 The EW is not covered by products that were delivered to a non-mainland UK address, or who has exported the product to a country outside of mainland UK, temporarily or permanently.

1.5.5 Any products that have been inspected by anyone else, other than Our engineers, the EW is void.

1.5.4 We reserve the right to withdraw the EW at any time for any reason.
