General Returns and order Cancellations: We strive to minimise returns as much as possible by giving all the information we can to help you. We fully understand that returns are annoying for you and have a financial cost to us so they are in no one’s interest! However, we have to accept that problems do occur and we strive to deal with them as efficiently as possible. As soon as you place your order, you are entitled to cancel it and do not have to wait for the goods to be delivered. You should contact us on email@example.com and should give us your name, your postcode and the order number we have supplied you on our email to you notifying you that your order has been received. Practically, time is short as we aim to dispatch your order the same day as we receive it. If the delivery is to be made by courier, we have an opportunity to notify the courier and tell him not to deliver but if it has been sent by Royal Mail already, you may still receive the goods and you will need to return the goods within 14 days so that we can then process your credit. On receipt of your order, you may decide that you want to return all or part of your order. You have 14 days to notify us. All returns should be made with the original packaging and labels and will be at your cost.
