e-shop was originally a Limited company called Eurostar Shop Ltd. It traded as an independent business in the Eurostar Communication Group, had its own retail store and also made on-line sales. This business traded from July 2005 - August 2010, at which point all the businesses in the Eurostar Communication Group, relocated centrally to the same purpose built site in Staffordshire. Here the business became 1 company with multiple divisions each with their own identity and remit. e-shop is now the dedicated on-line and ecommerce division of the company. We hope that the on-line presence of the company will continue to grow and expand, offering a wide and diverse range of products to the consumer at prices which are affordable and where the service comes for free!

Delivery information

When dispatching products purchased through ebay, e-shop's preferred carrier is: Interlink Express Parcels Ltd. Interlink, offer us a practical, and relaible next day courier service to all our customers. Orders received by 12.30PM will usually be delivered to you before 3PM the next working day. All Parcels can be tracked through interlinks website with a consigment number. Any problems with deliveries can soon be rectified.

Return policy

All mobile phones are exempt from the 14-Day money back guarantee. There are also no Refunds offered for SIM Free phones. This is not a policy operated solely by e-shop but is an industry standard policy operated by all major high street retailers.
