Quality & Labelling - Most products listed are brand-new surplus, clearance, production overruns, bankrupt or end-of line items. We try not to sell returns or imperfects and will list them as such if they are. In order to comply with the policies of the high-street companies many labels will have been removed or defaced in order to prevent the products being returned to the store. Some suppliers have replaced the retailers label with wash-care instructions, which may or may not have the manufacturers details on. If you have any questions about labelling please do not hesitate to e-mail me and we will try to assist you in anyway I can.
Payment – Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. We also accept postal orders and cheques. Payments sent through the post must include full details of the items purchased. If not it may result in despatch being delayed. Cheques can take up to 10 working days to clear plus the time spent in the postal system. Payments must be made within 3 days of purchase, or an unpaid dispute will be raised.
Despatch - Our parcels are despatched within 2 working days of cleared funds, but please allow for an extra day at certain times of the year. Goods will only be despatched upon full, cleared payment. No items are despatched at weekends or bank holidays. I will always get a certificate of posting.
Delivery - We use Royal Mail for delivery, . UK post can take: 1st class (1-3 working days) or 2nd class (2-5 working days).
Lost Post - Occasionally post will get lost. Royal Mail will not investigate until 15 days after posting Please contact us if you parcel has not been recieved within 7 days of payment. All lost post will be claimed from Royal Mail, who may contact you regarding the claim.
Returns & Refunds – If you are not happy with your item you can return it to us. You must notify us of your intention within 3 days of receiving the goods and they must be returned within 14 days of notification. Once goods have been received back and checked, a full refund will then be issued
Please note postage costs are non-refundable unless item is misrepresented. No refund will be given on items clearly used.
PLEASE NOTE - COLOUR REPRESENTATION VARIES FROM MONITOR TO MONITOR AND FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY CAN HAVE AN IMPACT TOO.
