If your item is not suitable for any reason then it can be returned within 30 days of receiving it, provided it comes back as new, with all tags attached and with original packaging for a refund - However, return postage is not refundable - except in certain limited circumstances.

Please remember to include your Full Name, User ID and Item Number when returning your item which is usually refunded within 24 hours of receipt. Please use a tracked service whenever possible.
We do no currently offer an EXCHANGE program, so simply return your item for a refund and then shop again for the the exchange item while it is in stock and available.
Please note we quote 5 - 10 Working days for items to be delivered within Europe (excluding the UK and Italy) and 10 - 15 working days for items to be delivered in USA, Italy and Australia from the UK, but this is entirely dependent on how long Customs keep the parcel before passing it on to the local postal service - although we have also seen items delivered within a week before there are no delivery date guarantees. If you proceed, you will have a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your item online in any event.
Other destinations may take longer.
UK Next day service is not guaranteed to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and the Channel Islands.
Items returned smelling of cigarette smoke, chips shop, BO, other unpleasant thing or have been worn, washed or altered, will not be refunded and may be returned at Buyers own cost.
