We post every working day from Monday to Friday. Your order will be dispatched after payment is cleared by PayPal and submitted to our accounts, cheques takes up to 5-7days to be cleared and your order will be dispatched after clearing. Orders paid before 11:00am will be dispatched the same day, all other orders will be dispatched by the end of the following day. We keep proof of posting for all orders and all UK domestic orders are “Royal Mail Tracked”.
Orders placed after 11:00am on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We use Royal Mail Tracked service as our standard postage service unless otherwise stated. Our orders are generally delivered within 48 hours from dispatch; however it can take up to 3 days based on your location, service coverage, weather conditions and public holidays.
We combine and offer postage discounts on qualified multiple items in your basket during checkout.
All our orders are sent by the Royal Mail Tracked delivery service. Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll be notified by email containing your unique tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time using the Royal Mail Track & Trace. If in any case, your parcel is delayed or not delivered; your local postman will leave you a calling card, with a telephone number and the address of your local sorting office. You can contact and arrange a re-delivery for a more convenient time. The parcel will be kept there for 14 days prior to being sent to us back. Unfortunately, you'll have to pay original delivery charges for us to arrange a re-delivery once the parcel is received back in our warehouse.
- Royal Mail First Class Signed For. This service is provided Free of charge to light weight items (like some leggings). Your items will usually arrive within 2 working days if ordered before 11:00pm. If ordered after it can take up to 3 working days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service is charged at £2.99 and each additional item is £0.99. Your items will usually arrive within 2 working days if ordered before 11:00pm. If ordered after it can take up to 3 working days.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) 1:00 PM. This service is charged at £5.99 and each additional item is £1.49. Your items will usually arrive the next working day by 1:00 pm if ordered before 11:00am.
- Other 24 Hour Courier. This service is charged at £6.49 and each additional item is £1.99. Your items will be shipped by DHL/UPS/TNT/UK Mail and usually arrive the next working day if ordered before 11:00am.
- Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets). This service is charged at £3.99 and each additional item is £0.99. This service is available Monday to Friday. Delivery time is approximately 7-14 days from the date of dispatch.
We can only deliver at your registered address on your eBay account verified by PayPal at the time of order. Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change delivery address details once checkout is complete.
We cannot guarantee delivery times as the times stated are only approximate. If you would like a refund this will be excluding the delivery charge.
We do our best to describe items as accurately as possible and dispatch all orders in perfect condition, but in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided you contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the item.
We accept returns/exchanges for all Buy It Now purchases only if the item is returned within 14 days in original unused condition. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please email email@example.com or call 0845 579 1100. Return details will be provided via email.
We will refund the full purchased cost of the item. We do not refund any postage fees. We do not accept responsibility of items lost in the post when returning back to us, we advise items are returned via Recorded Delivery. We do not accept returns for Auction items. We are willing to exchange items purchased via an auction, only if you 'the buyer' return the item and pay the postage cost again. Item must be in original unused condition and returned within 14 days. All items returned must include your name, your eBay id and item number with brief details of reason for returning the item. Once received by us a refund or exchange will be arranged within 48 hrs. Please contact us straight away regarding any faulty or post damaged items and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days please email us for your tracking number. If the parcel can't be located then we will have to wait a minimum of 15 working days from dispatch date for us to refund or replace the item (UK ONLY).
International and EU parcels will need to wait a minimum of 21 days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Contract with You

Prices and offers are valid as advertised and may change from time to time. The GBP price of an item is inclusive of UK VAT. If you use a promotional code to obtain a discount off the price of your order and we later find that the promotional code used had not been issued to you personally, or that it has been used on a Deal of the Week/Deal of the Day product, or a product sold in a auction, or that you failed to qualify for the code, or that you did not comply with the all the terms of the offer, we shall have the right to reclaim the discount from you.
Payments can be made via PayPal, Postal orders, Bank Drafts, Personal Cheques, Cash in Store or Cash on Delivery (Subject to conditions, Only in Birmingham, Please contact customer services before using Cash in Store or Cash on Delivery method). Once your payment has been approved / cleared, your order will be despatched from Walsall by our contracted courier company. Despatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature will be required from an adult at least 18 years old, upon delivery to ensure safe arrival. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
As we dispatch only to confirmed address on your PayPal account regarding ebay orders please ensure you must have proper and complete address details. A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.

If you wish to exchange, you can exchange only one product at a time for one new product, in the same category. The evaluation of the old product by our staff will be final.
The goods which you order will be insured by us or by our agents while in transit and up to the point of delivery to your address (except RoyalMail AirMail, We cannot be held responsible for any loss of your shipment being sent by this delivery service). You will be asked to sign for the goods on arrival at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Cancellation by Us
We will aim to fulfil your orders to the best of our ability. However, we reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if one or other of the following circumstances applies:
- We do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- We do not deliver to your area or country
In the event of cancellation we will contact you by email and will re-credit your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order being placed.
