offer on the price of the item?
A. No, we don’t negotiate
on price; we work on a very tight margin to offer the cheapest price possible.
We use TNT and Royal Mail for
most orders sent to the UK, and Royal Mail International for items delivered
outside the UK.
The tracking number can also be
used with SOME, but not ALL, international postal services.

dispatched within 1 working day. We dispatch each working day around 3 pm UK
time. We ship all items as soon as payment clears. If items are purchased
after 2pm, then they would be shipped the next day. Please check our item page

A. Once your item has
been posted, you should receive an automated email through eBay, to tell you

sent recorded, you should receive an automatic email. If you don’t, please
contact us and we will provide it for you.
Q. What if my
"Standard UK delivery" item doesn't turn up within 4 working days of
the dispatch email?
A. If your item does not
arrive within 4 working days of your 'dispatch' email then please get in touch
and we will look into this for you. Please note Royal Mail tracked delivery is
normally within 1-2 working days, but Royal Mail DO NOT guarantee it. If
you are unavailable to accept the package, it will be returned to your local
Royal Mail sorting office, where you can collect it using the card which should
have been posted through the letter box. In the highly unlikely event that
you do not receive your goods, a full refund will be given within 15 days.
Q. What if I paid extra
for "Next working day UK delivery" and my item doesn't turn up within
1 working day of the dispatch email?
A. If your item does not
arrive within 1 working day of your 'dispatch' email please get in touch and we
will look into this for you. If possible please send us a message the day after
your anticipated delivery date as the item may be delivered at any time up
to 5.30 pm.

to my country?
A. Most EU deliveries
generally arrive within 7 working days, although occasionally it takes a little
longer. Worldwide deliveries generally take 7 - 14 working days, but it
can take as long as 21 working days in some cases.

Q. So, how do I send them back?
A. All you need to do is return the item to the address provided on the enclosed parcel your item arrived in. Include your eBay Id and the reason for the return. This information is important to help us ensure the return is dealt with quickly and accurately. As we receive a number of returns each week, without this information we won’t know that you are the customer who returned it, and we may be unable to process a refund.

responsible for the costs of return postage?
you will have to pay for the return postage, but once your item reaches us and
we find that it is indeed a different item to the one which was ordered, any
return postage costs incurred will be reimbursed.
Do you accept exchanges on returned items?
As our stock is controlled by a third party, the easiest way to handle returns
is to issue a refund on receipt of the item, and then reorder again from our
eBay store. This ensures that all of our stock is kept up to date.
