We only accept PayPal. Should you wish to pick up your item from our store, please contact us to let us know.

Baby Port also offers a gift wrapping service, so if you're purchasing an item as a gift we can offer to wrap it for you, depending on the item and size we will charge you between £0.50p and £2.00. Please let us know and we can send you an amended invoice and also offer you a choice of gift wrap colours.

Your item will be carefully wrapped using excellent quality paper, and is especially useful if you're buying it for someone who lives in the same house and they may accidentally open the package before you!

Baby Port endeavors to post all items within a reasonable time frame so that you are not waiting too long for your goods. All items will be posted out to you within 48 hours of payment being made. However, if there is an instance where this is not possible we will contact to let you know when you expect delivery, as we may have to collect a specific item from our suppliers.

You shall be informed when your item will be dispatched to you and when you can expect delivery and will also be sent a dispatch notification.

Please note, items purchased on weekends will be posted out the following business working day. Items purchased on weekdays will be posted within 48 hours. Items purchased on Bank Holiday weekends or Statutory Holidays will be posted the next business working day.

All items will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and we will always keep records of proof of delivery and any recorded delivery slips post.

During more busy periods, like Christmas or Bank Holidays, please allow an extra day for delivery.

Please note, postage and packaging will not be refunded, and any returns are at the buyers expense.

Should there have been an error in the listing or the dispatch of the item by ourselves we will fully refund you the total cost and also pay for the return postage of the item.

PAYMENT 
All items must be paid for within 7 days of purchase.  Invoices will be sent out to all buyers. 

We only accept PayPal, Postal Orders or Personal Cheque’s, should you intend to pay for your goods via a personal cheque’s please contact us and we will send you the relevant details.  Should you wish to pick up your item from our store, please contact us to let us know.

Goods will only be posted once cheque’s payments have been cleared, which can take up to 7 working days.  


GIFT WRAPPING
Baby Port also offers a gift wrapping service, so if you're purchasing an item as a gift we can offer to wrap it for you, depending on the item and size we will charge you between £0.50p and £2.00.
