Medium format film scanner
I've owned this scanner from new for just under a year and in that time I have scanned all the Medium format transparencies that I have needed to. In all thats no more than 150 scans! I believe this was one of the last scanners of its type to be sold new in the UK. The scanner works perfectly and produces beautiful 4000 dpi scans. The scans are great, there is great detail in shadow areas and images always look sharp even without sharpening in photoshop. The scanner lens is an ED lens which basically means that the lens is high quality and sharp! ED glass allows all colours in the spectrum to focus at the same physical point - all pro lenses are ED. The digital ICE 4 always makes the scans look clean and clear from dust and give you worry free scanning.The discs are included as well as the manual. 2 film holders are included, one for 35mm strips and one for medium format. A firewire cable and mains lead are also supplied as well as the original box.
